AMC / CMC Contract Tiers

Flexible annual and comprehensive maintenance contracts covering preventive maintenance, emergency callouts, parts replacement, and calibration. AMC covers labour and travel; CMC adds parts. Multi-equipment and multi-site contracts are available with consolidated billing.

Spare Parts Inventory

In-house spare parts stock for PEIC-manufactured equipment, including pressure-vessel components, control boards, solenoid valves, and gaskets. Partner-brand spares are sourced through authorized supply chains to reduce downtime.

<24-Hour Technical Response

Critical service requests are triaged promptly, with priority dispatch in Mumbai and coordination through regional service coverage elsewhere. Final response times depend on location, access, and parts availability.

Equipment Refurbishing & Upgrades

PEIC refurbishes ageing medical equipment, including sterilizers, OT tables, and electrosurgical units. Scope can include mechanical overhaul, electronic-control upgrades, refinishing, testing, and re-commissioning as a cost-effective alternative to replacement.
